    All Fyrebyrd Alchemy soaps are handmade using carefully selected ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens (e.g., essential oils, natural colorants, clays, nut oils). Please review ingredient listings and conduct a patch test prior to use.

  • Exchange & Return Policy

    Because our products are handmade and hygienic in nature, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    1. Eligible for Exchange:

    • Item arrived damaged or defective

    • Wrong product received

    • Product causes an unexpected reaction (upon discussion)

    2. Not Eligible:

    • Items used or opened

    • Change of mind or scent preference

    • Items purchased during a sale or custom fundraising blends

    3. How to Request an Exchange:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos (if damaged). Please include all package materials

    We’ll provide instructions for return shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
