What is FUN-Raising?
FUN-Raising is a fresh take on traditional fundraising, powered by custom, handcrafted melt-and-pour soap bars. We partner with schools, community programs, and nonprofits to create a fun, easy, and profitable way to raise money — without the stress or the stale popcorn.
How do we get started?
Just fill out our [inquiry form] to kick things off! We’ll review your info, schedule a brief consultation, and collect your tax-exempt certificate (if applicable). Then, we’ll work together to design your perfect soap.
What’s included in the soap customization?
Each fundraising soap includes:
One soap base (Goat Milk, Shea Butter, Aloe, etc.)
One scent or scent blend
Up to three colors
One added benefit (clay, exfoliant, salt, or botanical)
We’ll create up to two sample bars for your approval before we launch.
What does the web page include?
We create a personalized web page for your fundraiser that showcases:
Your custom soap
Your organization’s story and fundraising goals
A shareable purchase link
You don’t need to manage inventory, collect orders, or ship anything — we handle it all!
How much does our organization make?
Your retail price is determined by the options you select. Consider what your supporters may be able to afford. Fyrebyrd Alchemy retains a portion of proceeds before tax to cover:

Labor
Packaging and handling
A flat shipping fee of $11 per order (USPS Priority). Subject to change with carrier pricing.
Your remaining earnings are sent to you either bi-weekly or at the end of your fundraising term.
How do we receive payouts?
Payouts are made via Zelle, or we can arrange another payment method during your consultation. Need to pay by purchase order? No problem — just let us know in advance.
Who handles fulfillment and shipping?
We do! All products are made, packaged, and shipped directly to your supporters. No need to deal with bulk orders, deliveries, or post-office runs.
Are there any legal requirements to participate?
If you're a tax-exempt organization, we’ll need your IRS tax-exempt certificate for our records. If you’re not tax-exempt, that’s okay — we can still work together, but applicable sales tax will apply based on your state.
Is there a contract or upfront cost?
There’s no contract and no upfront cost to start your fundraiser. However, we do require a signed agreement outlining your chosen pricing, payout preferences, and basic program terms for transparency and protection on both sides.
How long can we run our fundraiser?
Most fundraisers run for 2–6 weeks, but we’re flexible. Let us know what works best for your timeline, and we’ll adjust accordingly.
Can we do more than one fundraiser per year?
Absolutely! Many groups do seasonal or themed runs throughout the year. Let’s brainstorm ideas together.
Are the soaps safe and eco-friendly?
Yes! All our bars are handcrafted using high-quality melt-and-pour bases, skin-safe colorants, and ethically sourced essential oils and botanicals. We strive to be eco-conscious in our packaging and ingredients wherever possible. As with any substance applied to the body, you may choose to perform a 24-hour patch test. Don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you have specific concerns such as a gluten or peanut allergy.

1. General Disclaimer (Liability)
Fyrebyrd Alchemy is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the use of our products. All ingredients are listed clearly, and sample bars are provided for review prior to launch. Participants and purchasers are responsible for reading ingredient lists before use.
2. Fundraising Earnings Disclaimer
Earnings from fundraising sales are based on the final number of bars sold and selected ingredients. Payouts are subject to Fyrebyrd Alchemy’s tiered pricing structure and deductions for materials, labor, and shipping costs. We do not guarantee specific income amounts.
3. Tax Disclaimer
If your organization is tax-exempt, a valid certificate must be submitted prior to launch. Fyrebyrd Alchemy is not responsible for verifying your tax status beyond the documentation you provide. If no tax-exempt certificate is submitted, applicable sales tax will be charged.
4. Fulfillment Disclaimer
Fyrebyrd Alchemy is responsible only for the production and shipment of items directly ordered through the custom fundraising page. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect delivery information submitted by customers.
5. Custom Order & Refund Disclaimer
Due to the custom nature of our fundraising products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days with photos to initiate a replacement or refund process.
6. Payout Disclaimer
Payouts are processed via Zelle or other agreed-upon methods. It is the responsibility of the fundraising partner to provide accurate and secure payout information. Fyrebyrd Alchemy is not responsible for errors in payment caused by incorrect details submitted by the partner organization.
7. Content Ownership
By submitting logos, names, or promotional material for your custom soap or fundraising page, you confirm that you own or have rights to all content provided. Fyrebyrd Alchemy assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations related to submitted content.
8. Right to Decline or Modify Campaigns
Fyrebyrd Alchemy reserves the right to decline or modify any fundraising campaign that violates our content standards, uses offensive imagery/language, or does not align with our brand values.
