Here’s how it works:

Fill Out the Form:
A quick inquiry form gets the ball rolling. Once we review your info, we’ll connect to confirm details and get your tax-exempt certificate (if applicable).

Customize Your Soap:
We whip up a custom melt-and-pour soap blend inspired by your team’s colors, vibe, and fundraising goals — calming, exfoliating, hydrating, you name it. You’ll receive up to two sample bars to approve.

Launch Your Fundraiser:
We build a personalized web page featuring your soap, your story, and a unique link that’s easy to share. All you do is spread the word — we handle the rest.
How do you profit?
We handle everything from product creation to shipping, and you set the price for each bar! Our tiered pricing structure is based on ingredient selection and what you think your supporters can afford, starting with a simple recipe of 1 base, 1 scent, and up to 3 colors. All levels include 1 extra benefit, such as clay, Epsom salts, or an exfoliant.
Fyrebyrd Alchemy retains a portion of each sale to cover materials, labor, and shipping, in addition to a flat shipping fee of $11 per order (USPS Priority). You keep the rest! At the end of your fundraiser period, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of your sales and earnings. It’s that simple.

Payouts.
You’ve got options! Choose to receive your funds either at the end of your fundraising term or bi-weekly. Payouts are made through Zelle, but if you need a different payment method, just let us know during your consultation — we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please give us a call if you need to submit a purchase order.
